An affordable and carefree living arrangement for older adults. Good social program and excellent fitness programs. Convenient to shopping and an easy Uber ride to downtown Charleston.

We don't have anyone in our office at this point. The staff has been either fired, quit or on sick leave. The office was closed yesterday and I don't know about next week.Other than that, things are good and I still like living here. I have some great neighbors!

A great place to call home. Rent and Ownership limits one’s ability to have everything as we would prefer, however, with a little more attention to the Maintenence of grounds, Overture West could be 5 Star in every way. Curbside Appeal goes a long way! Disappointment comes after Residents realize all is not what it appears at 1st sight.

Apartment is beautiful and in only 3 days I have met some welcoming and wonderful residents. Staff works very hard to make sure that resident experience is first rate. This was a long distance relocation for me so I worried about the adjustment but already feel much better.
