Management and maintenance are awful! They don’t care at all about the tenants. It takes forever to get anything fixed and they don’t keep the complex clean. Tenants themselves are off the chain, cops were there all the time. Definitely don’t try to go to the office to pick up a package or ask a question because they are never there. The two girls in the office feel like they have to go everywhere together. As soon as our lease was up we got out of there.

Please beware of this apartment complex and the new owners dasmen residential . My apartment have had several flooding from the apartment upstairs which created a problem with mold within my apartment which have been the case for a little over a year since 2022 . My apartment have flooded in several different areas within my apartment , maintenance staff at the apartment will do little too nothing to address any concerns you have within your apartment . It don’t matter if you have health... problems the apartment can care less about addressing any mold issues or maintenance issues within your apartment . Maintenance will take several months to address any concerns within your apartment . The property management will have maintenance paint over the mold to fix the problem instead of paying for it to be properly addressed . So keep that in mind , if you decide to lease . It is several other reviews with residents telling you of the mold within the apartment units in complex . So if you still decide not to utilize the previous reviews of complaints of mold and poor property management and maintenance then you can’t be upset when you soon learn of it as a resident and witness it for yourself . Also , Aria Lake Carolina management please don’t respond with we try our best and to reach out to you guys with concerns , because if you were doing your best for you residents I would never have to leave a negative review. I very rarely leave negative reviews for companies. But it’s no way you expect residents to live in mold apartment units . Put yourself in your residents shoes would you want to live in apartment with mold . Would you settle with living in apartment that every time you came home from work had an moldy odor . This complex is nasty. It that's them months to complete work orders. They lose your rent money. Build 500 is full of mold and they don't care all they do is paint over it.

I moved in November 6th and it has by far been the worst apartment ever. This place is a pure nightmare. The management in the leasing office are very unprofessional and rude ... They refuse to answer the phone for anything ! Emergency maintenance is a joke ! I do not recommend this place to anyone !

My 70 year old mom lived here for almost 2 years. They were awful, she lived with out A/C for months and they expected her to turn it off and let it thaw in the middle of the night so it would work again. RUDE management will not We moved her out of there and that was the best decision. They just don't seem to care. Nothing gets replace they keep just fixing their JUNK appliances.
