Just moved in a couple of months ago and overall I'm enjoying living at this community. The property is maintained nicely by the maintenance staff and management has been helpful whenever I had questions. Appreciate having a place I can call home.

Toured the community today and viewed a renovated townhome. It was beautiful and management was aso knowledgeable and helpful. I can't wait to move in.

Move here at your own risk. This place is infested with bats and they are aware. They are not doing anything to fix the issue. I had to message them & call them for maintenance to even step foot in my apartment to see the living environment I’m living in with freaking bats.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone to tour an apartment the next day. The woman on the phone was very sweet and was able to answer any questions I had. The next day, I drove over 40 minutes and the person looking with me drove 2 hours so we could tour this apartment. We got there five minutes early. We had to knock on the door and wait a few minutes for someone in the office to answer. She had no clue who we were and had to ask what apartment we were there to look at. We informed her… who we were and what we were there to see. She then went back into the building, closing the door and leaving us outside for a few more minutes. She comes back and tells us that someone applied last night and we were not going to be getting a tour. I understand someone applying for it first so they get it, not a big deal. But it was very frustrating that we drove a good distance when all we needed was a call or email that morning, saying the apartment was no longer available. We expressed our frustrations to the woman and she did nothing to try to fix the situation, no apology for our wasted time and gas, did not try to ask if we wanted to tour a different apartment, and did not care that we were walking away with a bad taste in our mouths.
