Roost, The

Honestly, living at The Roost has been frustrating from the jump. The management is slow to respond, and when they do, it feels like nothing actually gets fixed. Maintenance requests take way too long, and you end up having to follow up multiple times just to get basic issues handled.

The place looks decent at first, but once you’ve been here a bit, you start noticing the lack of upkeep. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. Parking can be a headache, and the overall environment just... isn’t as comfortable or well-managed as they make it seem when you first tour.

I love how big my room is, I have a lot more space here than I do at my last apartment. The rent is way better and the utilities don’t add too much. I love the gym.

Overall my experience at the roost been very likely a adventure and enjoyable staying and connecting with renters and having a great time at the Roost Apartments

Absolutely love the area! The staff is SO friendly and quick to answer to any requests. The community is so safe and felt right at home within days, would absolutely recommend!

Living here is great! Management has been wonderful, always communicating with residents about anything coming up and maintenance is responsive on any issues. Definitely appreciate everything The Rowan has offered.
