I love living at the Roost. The workers are very friendly and professional at all times. And the maintenance team is always prompt and thorough.

This place is a fine place to crash if you need a soft place to land after life falls apart, but I'm not satisfied at all with the quality of the admin. We are ignored, we can experience things like dead appliances and a pool closed the entire summer with no recourse, and management does not care about you at all.

10/10. The people are sweet and apartment are great ! The rooms are nice. And all the amenities are wonderful and perfect for students. It’s so affordable and in a good distance from campus !

Overall living here is okay. The houses are very spacious and mostly clean. Our house does smell of cigarettes and the carpets were pretty dirty prior to moving in but other than that it’s been a good experience. Chelsea in the front office helped with all of my needs and I really appreciate her! The office staff for the most part and very nice and willing to help in anyway they can. Maintenance often come quickly and i’ve never had an issue with them. Overall, for cheap student housing this is... the best option.
