This is a very quiet and clean neighborhood. The property manager is very responsive and helpful with anything you may need. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve lived here for about 2 months and I love it! The Property Manager was extremely helpful and is always super nice when I talk to her. Maintenance is quick to fix requests as well. It’s affordable and in a great location.

Office manager constantly locks herself in the office during office hours, refuses to answer the phone for current residents and provides nothing but sass whenever maintenance requests are made. If you're looking at N7 don't. Unit has flooded twice since June, the AC has broken 4 times in the past year, the foundation is settling and the patio door doesn't close entirely, and there are leaks above both bathrooms of which the property manager refuses to acknowledge.

Hello! We appreciate your feedback. From our records we have repaired all of the reported maintenance issues during your stay within a timely manner and show no current open issues. Additionally, there have been no reports of the office being closed... as visitors and residents enter daily. If you could provide a time frame on when you were personally denied access we’d be happy to look into this. We are saddened to be made aware of your abrupt concerns and interactions with management as your stay at the property comes to an end. However, we will be sure to pass the info along through the appropriate channels to ensure DLH standards are continuously being met. Thank you!

From day one we were welcomed by a friendly, professional staff offering excellent customer service from Danielle and Reynold. Friendly neighbors, safe community, and nice amenities makes it feel like home. Highly recommended!
