Quiet community that cost too much.
Once a clean, safe and pleasant environment but recent changes and incidents reflect providing tenants this type of environment is not a priority. The only consistent effort is lawncare which doesn't enhance the living experience (surprised tenants aren't charged for that service).

I've been living here at Providence Park apartments for almost a year now,and I really like it here! The staff is great; they're helpful and respectful.I feel the only thing that's needed is for them to hurry up with the treadmills in the gym, and maybe consider getting a park for people who have small children to play in!

I would not recommend this apartment compl at all. The greatest thing about it is the location being close to the interstate, my job and my child’s school. Communication with the office staff is horrible, maintenance is horrible.

I’ve been living at Providence Park since 2023, and it’s been such a wonderful experience. I’m especially looking forward to the warmer weather so I can enjoy the pool, it’s by far my favorite amenity! The office and maintenance teams are always incredibly helpful and make sure everything runs smoothly. I’m so happy to call Providence Park home.
