Poor Maintenance Work orders are closed when jobs aren’t completed; with little to no communication. I’ve made staffing aware immediately of the poor job completed in my apartment. Not only is the vanity practically blocking the entry of the door the job was rushed and left unfinished after hours of disturbance . There’s open patches in the wall and floor where debris is falling out

Kim I just wanted to leave a compliment for Kim in the rental office. I’m not sure of her exact position, but I always love when she is the one helping me.
Everyone there has been nice, but Kim really stands out. She is genuinely kind, eager to help, and always goes above and beyond when she can. If I come to her with an issue and it’s something she can help with, she does everything she can to take care of it. And even if she doesn’t have the answer right away, she is honest about it and still... makes sure I get some kind of answer.
I am never let down when I deal with her. I actually call her “rainbows and sunshine” because that is the kind of energy she brings. I’m sure she has bad days like everyone else, but you would never know it by the way she treats people.
She is truly a great person through and through, and I just wanted to make sure someone knows how much she is appreciated.

Quick and professional Sato was able to install a lock to my mailbox while I was work, I got a text saying the work was done.
The job was completed a day before I expected anything to be done.
Ever since my time here Brook Pines has been the most professional, courteous, and the best maintenance staff of anywhere I have lived!!!!
