Kim I just wanted to leave a compliment for Kim in the rental office. I’m not sure of her exact position, but I always love when she is the one helping me.

Everyone there has been nice, but Kim really stands out. She is genuinely kind, eager to help, and always goes above and beyond when she can. If I come to her with an issue and it’s something she can help with, she does everything she can to take care of it. And even if she doesn’t have the answer right away, she is honest about it and still... makes sure I get some kind of answer.

I am never let down when I deal with her. I actually call her “rainbows and sunshine” because that is the kind of energy she brings. I’m sure she has bad days like everyone else, but you would never know it by the way she treats people.

Quick and professional Sato was able to install a lock to my mailbox while I was work, I got a text saying the work was done.

The job was completed a day before I expected anything to be done.

I Love My Neighborhood Been Staying Out Here Since 2022 Very Quiet and Peaceful Absolutely Love Ms.Kim That Works In The Office The Best Love The Pool When I Do Get A Chance To Take My Kid .

I would give my experience with Brook Pines Apartments 3 out of 5 stars.
First, I want to recognize the young ladies I spoke with over the phone. They were always professional, courteous, attentive, and willing to help. Their customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated their professionalism throughout the process.
I did speak with a gentleman on one occasion regarding my housing needs as a disabled individual. During that conversation, I was led to believe that the property offered... special accommodations or accessibility features that would better meet my needs. Unfortunately, when I visited the property, I found that the buildings appeared to be the same as the others and did not have the disability-specific features I had expected based on our conversation.
Additionally, the apartment was not move-in ready. The toilet was not functioning properly, some doors were not installed correctly on their hinges, and there were other maintenance issues that should have been addressed before the unit was shown to a prospective resident.
Again, I want to emphasize that the office staff was a major positive. The young ladies I worked with were professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. My concerns are not with them but with the condition of the apartment and the expectations that were set regarding accessibility. Move in was GREAT! So far being here has been amazing. The office has been super helpful (even with my millions of questions), they really helped me get everything situated and feel confident when it came time to move, minus not being able to move in until 5pm, everything was great.
