Don’t move here. The apartments aren’t spacious. Thin walls and neighbors are loud and staff won’t do anything about it. The staff communication is horrible. Don’t let them fool ya with the niceness bc once you sign that lease it’s over. Wait to you have a serious problem and trying to get assistance . They don’t return emails, they don’t document everything , they act like they understand and care but really they don’t bc when you try to contact them to do follow ups all of a sudden they can’t... return emails. This use to be a nice neighborhood but now it’s trashy with trash pouring over at the dump, people smoking weed and ppl not cleaning up after their pets. Maintenance takes forever to get things fixed (but they do have a nice maintenance guy who does his part when he can). The garbage disposal is trash and my washer and dryer are old and the washer is starting to fill up with water in it on its own so I have to keep doing a drain and spin cycle. Their apartments appliances are outdated and need a serious upgrade. I pray I can make it to when my lease come up if not I have my paperwork and ducks in a row. I’ve been through the process before. I’m telling y’all need to listen and read these reviews.
