Immediate response! I was having trouble with my hvac unit not cooling down my apartment. I called the front office and was very pleased that this is considered an top priority maintenance issue and someone was out to fix this within 1 hour! Thank you for the quick and timely response!

Good job Still waiting for a few other things to get worked on like our patio door doesn't close all the way at the bottom and it's letting in alot of creepy crawly creatures and I really don't like bugs i don't know what some of the other things are that need to be addressed but that's a big one i think so thank you very much?
