It’s fine I really love the house and the rent is OK for what it offers, but the only issue I have is that this gate has been broken for like three months and nobody has done anything to fix it, all the people that don’t live here just go in through that broken gate so there are a lot of people that shouldn’t be here that are able to get in with no problem. That should have been a top priority, but it seems like nobody is doing anything about it, but apart from the lack of safety being pushed,... this is a good place

Safety Lighting needs to be better throughout the whole complex. The gate needs to be working properly. And there should be a security guard driving through on a regular basis which is not happening. There’s a lot of crime right around that area and nobody seems to be doing anything to be proactive.
The cost of the apartments is too high considering the location and age of the apartments.
