It’s been great living at Sola. Neighbors are nice and maintenance is awesome very kind and quick! Never lived at a place that was so pet friendly, dogs everywhere.

Overall very nice place the 600 and 630 building could have use some ventilation upgrades as it always smells musty and Smokey in the the hallways. The gym equipment needs to be updated especially the broken items.

The apartment is lovely, minor issues upon moving in. Staff is incredibly helpful getting issues resolved. Proper overall needs some TLC.Also, it takes multiple requests for maintenance to get something fixed and the trash pick up is not consistent. I do love the apartment and the quiet.

The location is great, being close to the river walk and in close proximity to downtown Columbia as well as West Columbia and Cayce. Bierkeller is also a nice place to go to stop by for a drink with friends.
