The apartment is amazing. The amenities are great and well kept. The plaza has everything you would need right and walking distance. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to live in the area.

I believe more could be done to keep our home tidy and be more attentive to things like repairing or replacing the fridge in the large, lower level lounge. The stairwells, which many of us use, are embarrassingly unkempt.
On a positive note, the staff are pleasant and responsive and the location, superb. Access from Forest Drive is a pain in the access but little can be done about that.

Jasmine, and the team was extremely accommodating, and move in was simple and easy. Highly recommend working with the team here to get moved in. Maintenance has been very quick, and professional. My only two gripes are the insulation could be higher to keep loud noise coming from next door neighbors, and the floor cleanliness could have been double checked before I moved in. Simple nonissues, but still recommend so far!

Nice friendly staff and residents. Great to have a gym on site. Many stores nearby including a grocery store next door. Walmart and other stores less than a couple of miles away. Nice apartment complex.

Very nice apartments. Spacious bathrooms. Big bedrooms. Beautiful counters. Very good maintenance. Good garbage retrieval. Nice neighbors. Very helpful staff.
