So far so good! We just moved in and are loving the convenience of the location and the amenities.
Move in was great - we immediately, easily and safely walked to the Lowes Grocery Store for supplies and then to Boca Grande for dinner.
The gym is amazing. The halls are quiet and smell good. Everyone in the complex is nice and friendly. Parking is a breeze and the unit was spotless when we moved in.

Amenities are clean. Location is great with all the businesses nearby. Apartments that open up to the pool can be noisy and the immediate area is not very walkable.

Clean and well managed. Excellent amenities. Located near great retail and restaurant options. Our apartment is a great layout for a family of four living here while we renovate our primary home. Could not recommend The Cardinal enough.
