Stunning & Fun
We visited Stone Ridge to look for a 55+ community for my mom & her disabled dependent. We were pleased to visit as it had only been open a month. As with all new construction, there may not be management or maintenance fully in place. The staff who will be running the complex are kind, diligent, honest, & productive. They must show a need & also get the place full. I look forward to checking the place out & activities later on after about 6 months open. It's too beautiful of a place for anyone... to tear up or mis manage. Hopefully, they will adapt an Appfolio kind of thing where you can pay rent & place maintenance request.

Unresolved issues.
Phone calls aren't being returned as recording states. No one answers the phone anymore. No Pressure when water is turned and used in shower. Was told" currently does not have a maintenance team." Much kinder when tenant is moving in. After lease is signed, no communication. Ants rents units also..Too new for the isms. Nice units,but put together really fast.

Your concerns regarding unanswered phone calls, lack of water pressure, maintenance availability, and pest issues... are upsetting to hear, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations.
We especially apologize if communication dropped off after your lease was signed. Every resident deserves consistent support and responsiveness, not just during the move-in process. The issues you described are not acceptable, and we understand how disappointing it is to feel unheard or unsupported in your home.
Please know that the challenges you mentioned are being taken very seriously. We are actively working to improve our communication practices and address maintenance and service concerns so that residents receive the care and attention they deserve. While our community is newer, that does not excuse the experience you’ve had, and we are sorry for the impact this has had on your comfort.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we would welcome the opportunity to make things right. If you are willing, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can better understand your situation and work toward a resolution.
