Stoneridge Senior Village

We visited Stone Ridge to look for a 55+ community for my mom & her disabled dependent. We were pleased to visit as it had only been open a month. As with all new construction, there may not be management or maintenance fully in place. The staff who will be running the complex are kind, diligent, honest, & productive. They must show a need & also get the place full. I look forward to checking the place out & activities later on after about 6 months open. It's too beautiful of a place for anyone... to tear up or mis manage. Hopefully, they will adapt an Appfolio kind of thing where you can pay rent & place maintenance request. Lee mas

Phone calls aren't being returned as recording states. No one answers the phone anymore. No Pressure when water is turned and used in shower. Was told" currently does not have a maintenance team." Much kinder when tenant is moving in. After lease is signed, no communication. Ants rents units also..Too new for the isms. Nice units,but put together really fast.
