The Land Bank Loft Apartments

I enjoy living here. It’s only been a few months, but my experience has been amazing. My apartment is gorgeous. The lobby impressed me every single time I walk through, and I’ve done it dozens of times. The neighbors are so friendly. If you’re on the elevator, you may make a new friend. Also, there’s social events every month. It’s just a great place to live overall.

This is arguably the worst complex I’ve ever lived in; the only perk is it’s location. The pool is in the parking lot and is hidden from the sun for a good part of the day. Other than that, there are no real amenities. Dead cockroaches are constantly lying in the hallways and stairwells, which are hardly ever cleaned. My apartment, a one bedroom, which is really just a glorified studio (since there’s no door to separate the bedroom from the rest of the apartment), was tiny and the walls are... paper thin - you can hear your neighbors’ every move, and conversations in the hallway will echo through your unit. Management is also unreliable and untrustworthy. In my welcome letter, they listed the wrong mailbox number and conveniently forgot to add the free month of rent that I was promised while touring. Since they forgot to put that promotion in my legal paperwork, they said there’s nothing they can do to fix it - but told me I would be included in an email to the regional manager to confirm. Great Management. Great service. Great location. For those seeking Urban Living, Land Bank Lofts is an exceptionally unique community. So glad to be an incredibly satisfied resident!

Love the location. Very close to downtown and convenient to USC with friendly staff and maintenance.
