Took two months to get to I submitted a request in January, and it wasn't completed until late March/ first week of April. Yes, it was just a clogged drain, but it shouldn't take two months to get to a maintenance request. It took two weeks for my roommate's toilet to get fixed, and we had to pay over $100 more than usual in utilities two months in a row.

It’s fine I really love the house and the rent is OK for what it offers, but the only issue I have is that this gate has been broken for like three months and nobody has done anything to fix it, all the people that don’t live here just go in through that broken gate so there are a lot of people that shouldn’t be here that are able to get in with no problem. That should have been a top priority, but it seems like nobody is doing anything about it, but apart from the lack of safety being pushed,… this is a good place
