awful experience

this experience has been awful. the area of this complex is awful and unsafe. the inside of the apartment is nasty (they showed me an updated one and only told me the cabinets would be different not that it would be so outdated. I've made SEVERAL complaints about my downstairs neighbors who are abusing their animals and noise complaints..with nothing being done about it. the front entrance to the complex floods with even the smallest rain making a small pond. my hot water heater is not large… enough to even fill my bathtub with warm water. when I moved in it took over a month to get issues I had fixed and since then ive just accumulated more and more issues. I hate it here.

Don’t

Management is horrible. Your calls will never be answered. It is very true about the random charges and up charges to an un un renovated, falling apart, space. It is not worth it. I kept my lease for a year and dipped. So glad to be out.

Worst Management

This property will gave you headaches when it comes to maintenance and dealing with the staff. Super worst maintenance, it will take months for them to fix whatever needs to be fixed in your unit. The people working in here are all liars. They are only very good if you are a new renters, they just want to get your money but they can’t comply with their jobs. If you guys planning to rent here, it will give you stress in the future. Be careful people.

Don’t do it

I moved in about a month ago and regret regret regret it. The patio screen door was supposed to be fixed when I moved in and I’ve called the office 4 times since moving in and have been ignored. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and I’ve called about that but of course was ignored. Maintenance is terrible here. It’s almost as if there is no maintenance here. I’ve been having to fix stuff myself at this place, out of my own pocket. I already regret moving to this place but will be moving out as… soon as my lease is up or earlier if I can show they are not fulfilling their end of the lease.

Getting Better

We had our issues when we first moved in with the apartment not being up to spec (dirty, damages) but mostly we had issues with the management. The management has changed recently and seems to be much better. The maintenance crew is great. Pretty quiet for the area it's in. Nice neighbors.
