worst place ever

Do not stay here! It is unsafe, and the maintenance men have came in my apartment multiple times and went threw my belongings and even took some things. Management is bad, they do not care about your concerns. Roaches and bugs are infested in these apartments. Not to include the police are always here due to some irresponsible adult. It is not safe here, and is not a great place for any family to live.

Disgusting & infested

Roaches infest the apartments. Even after several extermination..Pictures posted made apartment look fresh & new but smelled like mildew and was not cleaned after the last tenant. Check ALL other options!

LET THIS BE YOUR LAST OPTION!

This place is HORRIBLE! I’ve never stayed at an apartment complex such as this one. The staff here have horrible attitudes and are very slack. The are rude, unprofessional, unapologetic and unsympathetic. They dont try to help you with anything. The door to my apartment feels like anybody can get in it. The bugs are bad on the floor that I was on and my roof has had a leak in it for weeks! I’ve contacted the front desk and they always say they will handle it, yet it has not be handled. It is... definitely not worth spending your money! I could go on and on about these apartments.

Ashton at Longcreek

The unit complex has great potential however there is a problem with flooding on the lower floor and shortage of maintenance to ensure proper upkeep of the unit. The location is good being that it is within 15 minutes from grocery stores, local malls and movies and restaurants.
