Bad Internet
Internet here is atrocious cannot do anything nor get private internet. Pretty important for college students to have internet, but the new management still does not seem to care.

Decent pricing but that is about it
Told management that one roommate was responsible for some particular mess left in the unit. Still wound up splitting the bill for it 4 ways, even billing a roommate who moved out in December. They even split a bill for a shower curtain left in a room that wasn’t mine which makes no sense because that wasn’t even my unit nor are showers shared. 2 stars because the price is low compared to everything else around CCU but that’s about the only nice thing about it. Also kind of a rough area as you... will frequently get alerts about their being either suspicious persons or gun shots in the area.

This place is brand new from it used to be. Must be the new management. Very mature and updated amenities.

Trashy
They are currently under new management but everything is still bad, this is literally only for college students! It’s right next to clubs there’s always trash outside, people kick holes in the walls of the staircase & no matter how much times you tell management about your annoying neighbors upstairs or even just down the hall from you it doesn’t seem like they fix any issue. It’s takes maintenance forever to fix what you need. A lot of my friends moved out before they been here in 2 months... because of their STOMPING NEIGHBORS ABOVE THEM & when we all first moved in EVERYTHING was trashed! I just dusted my room last week and the fan already has a thick amount of dust on it, if I could rate 0 stars I really would.
