Shower Curtain Rod Replacement I am pleased with the professionalism and politeness of the Berry Shoal's maintenance staff. They rapidly replaced the damaged curtain rod with a new and better rod. Thank you for the service, it is always appreciated.

Couldn't be happier.Fantastic Apartment Complex
Berry Shoals is a wonderful apartment complex, my wife and I are extremely happy being here for the last two months. The complex is well kept up. Carlos and Tom are up on their game at keeping everything taken care of, they are on it as soon as possible. People seem very nice and hoping to meet more as the weather gets warmer. Michelle and Nellie are warm and inviting and expertise about anything you need to know, Leasing Professionals. Just awesome ladies! Berry Shoals is what we find to be a... great place to call home.

Best in Sptg county
I've been here since 7/2018. Since day one, the staff has been super excellent and extremely friendly. It's hard to find warm, open people in the apt business. As a manager, Carleigh is the best. She cares about your comfort, concerns and well being. There's nothing she, maintenance or the other women(Ashley and Chelsea) wouldn't do for me. No issues with crime, insects etc. I love my apt, location and view. I'll be here until I'm evicted!! lol

I love living here
I really love my apartment here at Berry Shoals, I have toured some others in the area and really fell in love with the atmosphere. The staff is very personable and always smiling and take the time to talk and get to know the people here. I reccommend all my friends come out this way.
