-Applicant must be a non-smoker. This is a non-smoking property, and Tenant is responsible for the cost of remediating any smoke or odor damage (including repainting and flooring/carpet replacement) regardless of where the smoking occurred.
-Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
