Fox Hunt Farms

I really enjoy living at Fox Hunt Farms. The community is safe, quiet, and conveniently located near shopping centers and the main roads in Fort Mill. The apartments are spacious, well maintained, and overall the community is kept in good condition.
The leasing office staff and the maintenance team are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to requests. They do a great job resolving any issues efficiently. I also appreciate the package delivery service, which is reliable and secure,... giving residents peace of mind that their deliveries are safe.
One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the common areas, especially the hallways and stairwells. They could be cleaned more regularly, and it would be helpful to remind residents to properly dispose of and secure their trash to help keep the community clean. Enforcing the community's trash policies would also help prevent stains and messes around apartment entrances, creating a better appearance for everyone.
Overall, I am very happy living here and would definitely recommend Fox Hunt Farms to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming community. Read More

My transition to Fox Hunt was a long distance move. Courtney the on-site manager, helped me navigate the new systems to get approved, with patience, helpful, diligence and professionalism. Jennifer helped me navigate and learn the processes and get squared away with knowledgeable kindness. Neat and very clean. Apartments are very spacious and up to date, luxurious. Property very well maintained. Great staff!

FHF has come a long way since I first moved in. The new management staff, namely, Jennifer is amazing to work with. They have nice amenities like the fitness room and pool. I no longer see roaches on the community grounds or randomly popping up in the apartment.
