The Greens at Fort Mill

Terrible maintenance and nobody is EVER in the office. Very unprofessional and not worth it for how little of amenities they offer. When signing up they tell you they have a Starbucks coffee bar when in reality they have other branded coffee and rarely ever Starbucks coffee available to use. I always have to tell them to put more wipes upstairs in the gym, or they won’t do it themselves. We went without gym wipes for over a month before I said anything and there were wipes put in that day I... complained. They also won’t take out the trash from the outside trash bin. Beautiful apartments and the absolute BEST management! Alyssa in the office makes move in an easy task and helps everyone feel welcome! She’s always planning fun events for residents and constantly goes above and beyond the normal management expectations!! The Living spaces are very modern, not to mention Quiet! The renovations are amazing! Spacious and large closets. I love how I can walk to many restaurants and stores. The Anne Springs greenway is close by and living here gets you a membership! Alyssa is very friendly, will listen to my concerns and is fast to fix any issue.

The Greens' staff has always been awesome over the years. Alyssa does an incredible job in keeping things running smoothly with the day-to-day business matters as well as taking great care of the residents. She is very kind to all she encounters an knowledgeable in handling all urgent issues related to The Greens. Keep up the good work!
