bugs are an issue

Palisades in Fountain Inn has too many problems. The gate rarely works, bugs are an issue, and they charge for trash pickup even when the trash isn’t collected.

Poor management they also have roaches that they won't take care of

Renewal Process was easy. Hard copy renewal notice was provided at apartment door. Electronic copy was also provided via email far enough in advance to make a decision whether to stay or vacate. Online renewal lease was easy to navigate.

fast maintenance my ac went out around 8pm one night, the next morning by 10am they were here to fix it. we only had to go one night without anything, and by the time we got home the next day it was working again.
