This home is designed for enjoying the beauty of Debordieu's beach, featuring central heat and air, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a TV with cable. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary needs. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on one of the three screened-in porches or the deck.
Optional travel insurance is available for purchase. Guests will need to bring staple kitchen items such as salt, pepper, wraps, paper products, soap, laundry, and dish detergent, as well as beach towels. A starter supply of soap, bath tissue, and dishwasher detergent is provided.
Enjoy a prime location in Ocean Park, just a short walk to the beach. The community boasts its own private beach access, easily reachable via a conveniently located walkway.
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Early check-in is available for a fee of $125, plus tax, and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. Late check-out is also available for a fee of $125, plus tax, and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. All properties are non-smoking homes and villas, and a $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of this policy. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. Motorcycles, mopeds, ATVs, go-carts, motorized scooters, jet skis, campers, trailers, and similar motorized vehicles are prohibited in most gated amenity communities. Guests may send and receive faxes, have photocopies made, and access wireless internet free of charge. Items left in the home can be mailed back for a fee of $15.00, plus the cost of postage. Many properties have elevators, which should only be used for loading and unloading or for the elderly or disabled. Children should not be unsupervised in elevators. A release must be signed before access to the elevator will be issued. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and pets are prohibited in most properties. Houseparties are not permitted. Portable grills are not to be used on porches, balconies, pool decks, in garages, or on the beach. Firearms and fireworks are prohibited. Guests agree to not cause a nuisance, excessive noise, or display unseemly behavior. In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to natural disasters, guests must vacate the premises immediately.
