With a dock on the channel, you'll have easy access to the creek and North Inlet. The house is beautifully decorated and includes a living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with twin beds and private bathroom, and additional guest rooms with a queen bed and two twin beds sharing a connecting bathroom.
The Marsh House is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, Cuisinart, gas grill, TVs, HDTV, washer, dryer, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet. The upstairs game room provides additional entertainment options, and an outside shower is available for your convenience. Premade beds and a luxury linen package, including sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels, are included to ensure a comfortable stay.
Guests can enjoy a range of available services, including beach gear rentals with a $50 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks are available for rent. Additional services such as grocery delivery, in-home chef services, and babysitting can be arranged. The home also offers a Sports Membership, granting access to two community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and the Pete Dye golf course for a fee of $200 per day.
