Definitely not “luxury”
My apartment here has been a huge disappointment. The finish on all of the cabinets is peeling off, paint is peeling in the guest bath, the bottom rack of the dishwasher was mildewed, the cabinet interiors were not clean, and the kitchen doesn’t have a drawer large enough for a silverware tray or enough cabinets for minimal kitchen needs. I can’t believe they rented an apartment in such bad shape. I’ll move as soon as I can.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience has not met expectations. We do want to note that our community is made up of apartment homes that are around 30 years old, and while we work hard to maintain and update them, some level of normal wear and... tear can be expected.
That said, the concerns you’ve mentioned are important to us. Our team strives to ensure each apartment is in acceptable condition at move-in, and we regret that certain items did not meet your expectations. We would appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns for you.
