Quiet and Comfortable

I have lived here for several years, and I enjoy the quiet and the location. Maintenance is quick to respond to calls for repairs.

Great Value & Location

I've lived in a one bedroom at Overlook since 2012. I love it. It's close to several grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, the Post Office, 385 - two entrances either Haywood or Pleasantburg. Convenient to downtown too. Maggie, the manager when I moved in hit it off right away and she's made me feel like family ever since. The property is well maintained - I love watching the seasons change around here - feels like home. I feel safe. Maintenance is awesome. The pool is maintained beautifully… - even when not in use - trash is picked up from the entrances throughout the property daily - Alan sees to that - he's in charge of maintenance. Between Maggie and Alans' teamwork this place runs in good working order and is kept safe. Even small maintenance issues like a running toilet get fixed no later than the next day. Most utilities are included in the affordable rent, including water, trash and pest control. Our laundry room recently had a do over with all new machines that work beautifully - and only residents have a key to get into them so we can safely use them 24/7. It's a great place to live - come visit - you'll see.

Literally the best apartment complex!!

Overlook apartments was the my first choice all the way when searching for an apartment. The LOCATION and GREAT HOUSING administrators were awesome. All the ladies that work in the leasing off are super sweet and are always there to help no problem! I honestly love it put her and I always recommend anyone I know to this apartment complex!!

Overlook Apartments

I have lived in Overlook Apartments for a least one year, I am a first time renter, and it is my first time living on my own. The staff here made me feel very welcome, and always is there if i have a question or concern. This apartment complex is great for a first time renter who are on a budget, also it is close to downtown Greenville, close to the area hospitals, great stores, and area colleges.
