The Fairway Club Apartments

I am in my 23rd year at the Fairway Club. They have always been good at responding to maintenance requests quickly. They are right off the freeway so travel is convenient out of state and to local cities. They are comparable to other rent in the area. Greenville is nice city with plenty of quality restaurants, sports and theater nearby. I've only stayed here for 5 months but have liked it so far. I haven't had any real issues to speak of and the rent is reasonable for the area (I looked at 7 places before making my decision). I plan on staying here for a long time. A great place!

I can honestly say that this is the best place I've ever lived as a rental property,the property is immaculately maintained winter and summer, keeping in mind treating others as you want to be treated,the Staff and Management is a welcome change of pace from the usual leasing agents, the Staff is very courtious, and professional, maintenance is prompt, and knowledgeable, I've only experienced a couple minor issues and were resolved within hours, I also have experienced 1 major issue , my air… conditioner failed and was replaced with a new unit within 24 hours,if you would like to live in a quiet respectful community look no further ,get on the waiting list for openings, if you like loud music and drama you won't be happy here,be blessed GBU Read More
