Overture Community is a perfect place for me to live in. I've lived here for almost 5 years now (from Seattle) and I enjoy the friendly residents and the social activities and informative lectures on wellness, self-care, fraud alerts, etc. The staff is wonderful and Kaitlin, the lifestyle coordinator is truly amazing. Kaitlin plans such fun activities and games to keep the residents engaged. It's awesome! Overture is safe and quiet and a wonderful place to live in!!!

I've been staying at OVERTURE now for nearly 5 years (I'm from Seattle) and so happy I found my new home here in Greenville SC. The residents are so nice and friendly, the management staff are very professional and hard at work to ensure the community is well maintained. Kaitlin, our lifestyle coordinator, always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS when planning all of our resident social activities/games/crafts/etc. Kaitlin is AMAZING and a true ASSET here at OVERTURE. They offer exercise… classes as well. I feel safe here, its security is excellent, easy parking for my vehicle and I get to teach and practice my line dancing in the studio onsite. I also use the treadmill in the fitness room which is so convenient. The interior design and layout of OVERTURE is wonderful and light, bright and welcoming. I love the Amazon Hub lockers (very well appointed) along with the mailboxes. Breakfast lite has begun in Sept 2026 and is wonderful! "Just Grab & Go!" Can't beat it. It is offered every Wednesday morning only, nice amenity. The game room is also a nice added amenity with a pool table, puzzles, mahjong, bingo, etc. There is also a pickle ball court for those residents who love to play pickle ball. I've made so many wonderful friends at Overture and it is truly a great community to belong in.

Overture Greenville is a lovely community and a wonderful place to call home. The residents are warm and friendly. They are like family. The staff is always willing to help with a smile on their face. The building is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The heated pool and equipped gym are an extra bonus. I highly recommend Overture Greenville.
