Maintenance Team

Nate worked quickly yet thoroughly to fix our dryer. Only took a few hours for him to get here after I put in the request. He was very polite and respectful of the space while working. And he even stayed after to check out a different problem I presented to him on the spot. Great team at Rivers Edge!

I absolutely love the location of Rivers Edge—it’s close to everything, and I honestly can’t think of a better area to live. Every resident I’ve met has been incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I’ve only had one maintenance request since moving in, and it was taken care of in literally the blink of an eye. The leasing office staff is amazing as well—everyone is so friendly, helpful, and you can genuinely tell they love working here.

I also really enjoy the monthly get-togethers with the… neighbors. It’s a great way to meet people and build a sense of community.

I would definitely recommend Rivers Edge to anyone looking for a great place to live!
