I have been a resident at Rosalia Verdae which was originally the Aspens Verdae now since 2024. At first everything seemed okay, it stood out for the esthetics, nicely planned decor on the inside of the community and the outside as well. Although there can be some improvements added here and there overall it is nicely planned. But what I discovered is there are issues with maintenance, not speaking about specific individuals who perform maintenance duties as needed but owner/company issues with... not wanting to properly address certain maintenance problems. Also I heard from individual residents of apartments being noisy which at first I hadn't experienced until a resident moved in next door and beneath me.Then I understood what they meant, I discovered the walls,cabinets and floors are paper thin, it sounds as if there is almost NO insulation between certain apartments, you can virtually hear every sound and movement of your neighbors which is very disturbing to say the least. If more thought would have been given to the comfort and well being of the people that were going to be living here and to the comfort they themselves like to enjoy (not to mention the prices that are being charged) it would be a nicer apartment complex to live in
