Bad for business

Need a lot of repairing better communication a lot of violence police patrol 24/7 different kind of crazy if you're trying to raise your kids it's not a good place to raise them so think about it before you move in these apartments

Horrible at making repairs

I wish I could sit in the air conditioned office and go home and sleep in my nice air conditioned bedroom like they do every summer because I sure haven’t been able to since I been living here for the last 4 years! Every summer I have no working air conditioning. They are extremely slow to even come check. They finally show up this year to let me know I need a complete unit replacement it would take two weeks and it’s been well over two months! I hate this place!

Shemwood Crossing Apartment

Shemwood would be okay if the apartment were kept up. Repairs are slow to made if at all.
