Just a few minutes from downtown Greer. Great walkability. Pricing is in line with product and the new staff are hands on. We have seen so much improvement in just one month! Hopefully they stick around.

The office staff is a disaster, they’re not professional at all. Nothing works, there are insects in all the apartments, and the only thing they care about is the monthly payment. They haven’t fixed a single thing!

How can I say this. I am 8 months postpartum I moved here when i was 9 months pregnant. It wasn't an easy move and I am blessed to have a place. Someone, please explain why I am paying renovating pricing and nothing is renovated everything is outdated. I pay faithfully every month. I am looking to move and take my money else where. Also, in the summer the gnats are a big problem you have to eat in your car. Make sure you do a walk through and ask questions and get stuff done before doing... antyhing else.

being honest . if you just need something fast & not too big on quality then I say go for it . but I’ve been living here for 4 years and it’s not worth the money you pay . Even the renovated apartments are cheaply renovated . you will always have utility problems . my air has went out EVERY summer since I’ve lived here ! the pipes sing in the wall at random; sometimes all through the night .

Not a good place to move… the apartments aren’t even how they look online. So many problems that it won’t allow me to put due to restrictions on this app… but just know of you move here you’ll regret it big time…
