Application, Deposits & Community Approval:

After AIM approval, the application is then submitted to the Wyndemere Board of Directors for separate community approval, a process required by this private community, typically taking up to 14 days.

Once approved by the Board, tenants are also responsible for a $500 Move-in Fee (non-refundable) and a $500 Behavioral Deposit (refundable balance returned within 30 days of departure, upon request) payable to the Wyndemere community, separate from AIM's application fee and security deposit. A parking decal is also required: $50 for the first year, and $30 for each subsequent year, new vehicle, windshield replacement, or lost decal. Move-in cannot occur until both AIM and the Wyndemere Board have granted approval.
