    There are better places out there!

    This place has so many car break ins, beware and they choose to do nothing about it except send an email saying to hide your pearls. There are so many other communities that provide other services like: gated community, Night Guard, don't expect those luxuries here. Yet, you will pay more than the places that do offer those same features in the surrounding areas. The traffic is horrible in the morning, as it takes me almost 1 hour to get to the I26 exit which is only 2 miles away. You would… think my key fob would be programmed correctly upon my first day, but I haven't been able to use the gym in the almost 2 years I've been there. I will take my own trash, I don't need you to charge me $30 plus another $10 for the community trash. Really? So not worth it. They don't deserve the rents they are charging. I laughed from excitement to be leaving soon once they gave me the renewal letter. Never would I pay that much for that small apartment. God Bless
