Complete letdown
The worst decision of my life. The front office staff is awful—except for one girl who was actually helpful throughout this terrible experience. My dog has serious skin issues, which I clearly explained before even moving in. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the dog washing room, but it closes at 8 PM—and sometimes even earlier depending on their mood.
My dog needs to be washed frequently, so what’s the point of paying for a “dog washing area” that’s never open when you need it?... When I mentioned this to the assistant manager, all I received was disrespectful communication. I have never lived in an apartment complex where the dog wash isn’t accessible 24/7. I’ve reached out for a response and have heard nothing back.
Many of my neighbors told me this kind of treatment is normal here. I tried to use the dog washing spa today at 6:35 PM and, once again, it was closed. What a complete disappointment. Counting down the days until my lease is over.
