I had such a wonderful experience with the entire apartment leasing process, and I especially want to recognize Kristie-Lynn for making everything so easy, smooth, and comfortable. From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way.
The apartment community itself is also fantastic. It’s a beautiful, welcoming, and… well-maintained community with a great atmosphere. You can tell that the team genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in creating a place that feels comfortable and enjoyable to call home. The community has a great energy, and I’m really happy with my decision to live here.

Kristie-Lynn truly went above and beyond to make my leasing experience a positive one. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live and a leasing team that genuinely cares about their residents!

2 weeks after I moved in my AC broke in 100 degree weather. I called the emergency number and Daniel from maintenance came to look at it at 1:00 AM. Daniel brought me a portable unit, as well. Absolutely excellent response!

Arcadia at waterway hills is a very peaceful community in a great location. There are many things to do in the community for kids and adults. I highly recommend this community to anyone wether it’s a family for a retired couple looking for a peaceful place to live!

Arcadia at Waterway Hills is one of the nicest communities I’ve come across. The office and maintenance staff are not only friendly but also work hard to provide the best possible experience. I really appreciate their responsiveness. The community is well maintained, with outdoor lighting that makes it both attractive and safe. The clubhouse and pool are also great facilities to enjoy. The apartments are very nice, and the installed wifi works terrific! From the moment you drive up to the… facility it really feels like home!
