I was looking for a newer place to live with a spacious floor plan and quiet neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised to find this on my first place in my search. Kristy Lynn was my first contact in this process. I found her to be engaging and friendly with helping show me the property options and amenities. I was locked into leasing and the process of applying was smooth. So excited to be living in my new home.

Arcadia at Waterway Hills is an amazing place. From their very informative staff to the amenities, this place is great!!!! The apartment was new and never lived in and very roomy with 10' ceilings (3 Bedroom). I am within 10 minutes of everything I love to do in N Myrtle Beach as well as only 15 minutes from work. It is quiet and the other tenants are friendly.
