I love living at Seapath in 67th. The pool is most enjoyable for swimming laps which is important to me. Others sunbathe. The large lake is most pleasant and relaxing. There are egrets and ducks and ducklings and turtles. Across from the lake inviting hammocks have been added. The beach is a few blocks away through a lovely neighborhood. This is a fun, soothing, happy place to live.

The move in experience and transparency of pricing through the website was amazing, along with the willingness to help of the office staff made the apartment hunt a seamless process. Moving from out of state and not being able to tour on site prior was a stressful process but SeaPath made it very convenient and simple. Would definitely recommend this property to other looking for a quiet place, great amenities, and great location.

Do Not Rent! BEWARE!

Been living in seapath for almost a year. Counting the days till my lease expires. Horrible place, fights, screaming, and no sense of security at all. Don't buy the 5-star reviews, do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Not a safe place to live, especially with children.

I just love Sea Path. It's beautiful in the apartments and the scenery is even better. The office staff are just very kind and helpful. It's a pleasure to live here.
The only thing, more parking for handicap.
The maintenance crew is great. Very nice, and they explain everything.
