Would not recommend moving here
There is an abundance of cigarette and pot smoking in and around the apartments and viscious dangerous dogs here at Selene and the management turns a blind eye. Another attack happened recently. There are also a ton of small breed dogs that bark incessantly all day because their owners neglect them. I would not move to this complex. People do not pick up after their pets and the few who do pick up just throw the smelly poo in the trash cans by the buildings entrance instead of using the... biohazard stations meant for pets. It stinks up the entrance and drifts up to the balconies. Biohazard stations should be used. As a medical professional there are reasons for this. As far as the cigarette and pot smoking management does nothing about it despite being told exact unit numbers doing it. It is ruining our experience and I know others are complaining about it as well. The clubhouse shouldn’t be open 24 hrs left unlocked without requiring a key fob because kids and whoever goes in there and gets it dirty and I’ve seen roaches in there.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take these matters seriously and want to assure you that we do not \"turn a blind eye.\" We diligently address smoking violations and follow our lease agreements to the letter, working closely with... our attorney to take formal action against any residents who violate these rules. Regarding pet safety, we strictly abide by our breed restrictions and do not tolerate aggressive or dangerous behavior from any animal on the property. To maintain a clean environment, we have 13 pet stations across the property that are stocked with bags and emptied daily. We utilize PooPrints (DNA testing) to identify and issue $300 fines to those who do not pick up after their pets, and our team performs daily walkthroughs to monitor the grounds. We want to ensure a clean, safe environment for everyone. If you witness a specific lease violation or pet issue, please contact the office immediately so we can take direct action.
