I recently renewed my lease (because Selene is the best???) but transferred into a ground level unit for personal preference. The unit I moved into was sparkling clean, painted beautifully, and everything was ready to go to make it an easy transition from our previous unit.

"Living here has genuinely exceeded our expectations. The amenities are a big part of why — a resort-style pool that's always immaculately clean, a well-equipped fitness center, a putting and chipping green for quick practice, and a dog park our pup loves just as much as we do. Location is unbeatable too, with easy access to Market Common's shopping and dining, plus Surfside Beach and Garden City just minutes south. Management has been responsive and easy to work with any time we've needed… something. It's rare to find a place that combines great amenities, convenience, and a real sense of community like this one does."
