Your new pet friendly DELUXE 2 bedroom 2 bath home is on the 1st floor, has a private entrance, a HUGE closet where you will find your awesome washer and dryer, brand new designer luxury flooring, washer & dryer, 2 extra large ceiling fans with built in lights, 2" high quality wood mini blinds, extra large rooms, extra large brand new energy efficient windows, TWO full baths with gorgeous vanities, lights mirrors, and fancy shower heads. The kitchen has a refrigerator with an ice maker*, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, and tons of cabinet space. All of our apartments are sunny and super clean, non-smoking, and have front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment). Autumn Chase Apartment Community has 3 ponds with fountains, all within lush immaculate grounds & landscaping. Check out our designer relaxation area, sparkling clean sidewalks and trash center, picnic tables, grills and swings.

We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along and canine's must pay a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. Canine's are required to hold a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy.
