Ocean Forest Plaza 912 is available from January 1 through March 31, 2026. Rent is $1,195 and the security deposit is $1,195. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional. The month of April may be added for $1350.

No smoking allowed including E-cigarettes or vape pens (this includes the balcony).
No golf carts, trailers or motorcycles.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.

The parking garage is compact. Please keep this in mind when planning what vehicle to take. It will not fit any large or oversize vehicles.
There is a parking lot for over-sized vehicles longer than 16 Feet (192 inches). Space is limited and is first-come first-served. A spot cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
