Very nice park and clean mobile homes. Mr Carrol was extremly nice and was always promp on request for repairs. I lived there for three years but had to move in 2017 due to my job transfer to columbia. Trailers are older but very clean and up kept. I call him from time to time just to keep in touch, in case I move back. I would certertinly try there before anywhere else. Mr Carrol does good job keeping homes occupied and likes long term tenants.
