Beware

Problems, Problems, Problems.
Huge wasrps in the attic that come through the vent alot, landlord is never available, listing apt as is....no professional cleaning before move in, office hours listed on lease means never going to answer you or be there, maintenance request or emergency may or may not be answered , pedticides is at tenant expense (i had biting roaches in my place), ETC. Beware

Good afternoon former tenant. The unit you rented has been occupied for several months. The new tenants have not made any of the claims that you have made. And as of today, we have a wonderful relationship with them. We are aware that you started a... new job a month before the rental terms ended and was very upset that we asked you to fulfill the rental terms of your lease. We explained to you that paying the last month of rent would avoided unnecessary fees and a potential negative impact to your credit. We are happy for you that you located employment outside of the Orangeburg area. We wish you success at your current location and thank you for being a former tenant of ours.
