I've been here 2 months now and Kaitlyn has been great in helping me settle in as well as answering questions. The office people are very helpful and friendly. I like the clean well-maintained complex in general, and it is very close to every kind restaurant, shopping and service you might want. You can walk to the movie theater in about 8 minutes! My only drawback is that I am a very light sleeper so being close to I-385 is a bit noisy for me. I suppose if you had one of the apt's on the... back side of the complex, the noise would not be a factor; just depends on the person as the noise doesn't bother her a bit. We moved in last month and so far our experience has been very good. Our unit is clean and comfortable. Kaitlyn made our sales and move experience very easy and I appreciate all her help before, during and after our move. I've also worked with Reagan in the office and she has also been very courteous and helpful.

I've been living here for almost a year now and can't say enough good things about it - it's very well kept, everyone who works here is fantastic - right down to the maintenance team! They hold different types of gatherings at the clubhouse regularly, at least once a month - and they are GOOD!! Pool is great, there are plenty of places to walk and also for dogs, plenty of parking, and convenient access to 385 in either direction - Fairview or West Georgia. The property is very secure and safe... , very well lit at night, and has a pretty regular drive through patrol by the Simpsonville PD at night. Honestly can't think of any cons. Gym is good too!
