It's a very quiet place, trails are good but some tree branches do need to be cut back especially when it rains. But overall all it is a good place to live

I am new here. I think it’s a beautiful place. It’s a beautiful community, but if you lack people who ruin the community it will ruin it I live in New York and I seen communities go very bad if the people can’t take care of things then what’s the difference maintenance do their jobs and then people destroy it needs to be worked on and looked over. I find this place beautiful it’s a little paradise. I have nothing to complain cause I’ve been in the worst needs to be attended to.

Since 1st seeing Avana Oakbrook I loved the enchanting representation provided by the mossy oaks, the entrance pond and fountain. The placement of each bldg in its own unique garden area. The warmly lit walkways, gardens , trails, and stair towers do make a pretty sight in the Summerville moonlight. The refreshing drizzle from the fountains are calling from the one of the most well designed pools I've seen in a long time. The attention to the flora and fauna, plus the attention to ensure it to… be a central place for gathering with friends or family to relax cool off or cookout appeals to all the senses. The layout is, to me, romantic in a Charleston kinda way. Summerville's accent on "The Low Country."

Any issue I have provided has not been taken seriously. Until I have to call corporate at least more than four times to discuss with someone.. And in the middle of summer, you decided to get the pool fixed. There’s always a problem with trash as well. There’s a bend in the middle breezeway right in front of my apartment. Which looks like it’s going to drop out any moment. Addressed it to the office manager. And office employees got the comment of. There’s nothing we can do about it.
