I would not recommend living at Avana Oakbrook since Greystar has assumed ownership. My apartment was entered by maintenance when my work order specified that they did not have permission to enter. The office staff doesn’t answer the phone or follow up when they say they will. It also takes a while to receive response from the property manager, Jayme, and she has personally made me feel as if I’m a bother. The leasing agent and assistant property manager lack communication skills and... friendliness. The increase of trash throughout the property shows lack of care from this team. I hope they can unify and make a difference on the property, as the location and surroundings cannot be beat!
