Jenny and Kerry were both so wonderful and helpful during the process. They are both SUCH lovely ladies and they made this whole experience so easy and great!

Had some issues at first but final results seem to be excellent. Office person was very helpful and maintenance man was very professional and courteous.

If you want a amazing staff please come here although I have had issues they absolutely exceptional about communicating and getting on things immediately they update you regularly and also provide clear next steps the maintenance staff is awesome very friendly this place makes me feel safe safe with my concerns safe complex

I would not recommend living at Avana Oakbrook since Greystar has assumed ownership. My apartment was entered by maintenance when my work order specified that they did not have permission to enter. The office staff doesn’t answer the phone or follow up when they say they will. It also takes a while to receive response from the property manager, Jayme, and she has personally made me feel as if I’m a bother. The leasing agent and assistant property manager lack communication skills and... friendliness. The increase of trash throughout the property shows lack of care from this team.
