About Broad Trace Apartments
Broad Trace Apartments is a small apartment complex located right in town across from the Golden Corral & Wal-Mart shopping center. We are just a couple of miles from Shaw AFB and offer a very easy commute for Military Members. All apartments are... fully electric and offer 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, open kitchen / living room floor plan, patio or balcony, exterior storage closet and washer / dryer hook ups. Kitchens feature a large breakfast bar, computer desk area, pantry, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, stove and microwave hood. Master bedroom has a private bathroom with a stand-up shower and a walk in closet. Each apartment comes with a one car garage and electronic garage door opener. There is also additional parking available around the buildings. We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor apartments. Each unit is very spacious containing approximately 1100 sqft.
Utilities are not included. Units offer thermostat-controlled heat pumps and central AC. Electric is supplied by Duke Energy Progress and Water / Sewer is supplied through The City of Sumter. Dumpsters are on site for your household waste.
Pets are allowed upon approval with a paid non-refundable $250 pet fee plus a monthly $20 per pet fee.

Nice apartments. However the owner never wanted to fix anything and when I moved out 8 months ago the property manager didn't give me all my deposit back.
