I don't recommend
I have lived in a 3 bed, second floor for 2 years. I can tell you that you can hear every single step from above unit: I could hear the spring mattress every time the person would turn on it's bed...many nights without sleeping...The building is cheaply done. My parking space was very tight on the turn and I hit the garage sensor twice! Watch for the utility bill! When you see how much is charged for water and sewage you will be sorry you signed a lease!
Basically run away from Mills Ridge... properties...
