This place is filled with garbage, black mold, bugs and a management team who doesn’t care about you all. I have video and photo proof of their filth they allow. They’re the worst people I’ve ever rented from in my entire life.

Cheaply Built
I am just about a year in and hate this apartment complex. The halls are nasty due to pets (dog poop, pee, dirt). Smells gross. All the appliances are cheap and half didn't work when I moved in. Manager is cool but thats about it.

Poor Service (lacking in punctuality and communication)
This is more a rating on the service/management/real estate company than the actual Apartments themselves. The apartments are decent (I have a friend who lives here that I've visited), but when I showed up for my tour, I waited half an hour past our start time and still no one showed up. Office hours opened at 9 and at 9:30 I was still going straight to voicemail. Didn't get any further responses to my emails either.
