So far so good. Cam has been a tremendous help since the tour. When I got to this place, I was completely floored. The place is astounding and exactly the type of place I imagined of for the last few years. And so far, the neighbors around me seem chill and friendly. Looking forward to the rest of my time.

This complex was A LOT nicer and quieter when I moved in back in May 2025. Lately it has been looking, sounding, and smelling like a mess. Dog poop smells lingering near the yards and the odor of Urine at times floods the dirty floored hallways. Do better.

We moved into the apartment recently and one of the outlets isnt working, none of the bedrooms have fans and the master bedroom doesn’t even have lights but has large windows so its not a problem during day. Other than that, everything is pretty convenient.
