The Ravelle at Ridgeview is an amazing place to live. The team there has done an amazing job helping me with any issues I’ve had and made the move in experience incredibly easy. The maintenance team is on it. Though the grounds could be more regularly maintained.

It’s a great place to stay with nice staff. The amenities are nice but could use a little TLC. The BBQ grills could need knobs replaced and need to be cleaned and checked to make sure they all operate correctly. The dog park needs to be cleaned on a regular basis, and dog waste bags and trash cans need to be refilled and emptied on a regular basis. Other than that, it’s a great community with great people and great monthly events to bring the community together.

Hello, we really appreciate your feedback! We know there have been some issues with the BBQ grills, so we ordered new ones and those were installed yesterday. Thank you for informing us about the dog park and waste stations. I will follow up with... maintenance today to ensure those are being addressed more frequently. Again, thank you for your feedback!
